Your feedback will be treated confidentially and we will work with you to resolve issues as quickly as possible.

Enquire About Our Services

We will take immediate action if/where there appears to be a high risk of harm, neglect, or abuse. This applies to both staff and customers.


If you are dissatisfied with how we have handled your complaint or the outcome of your complaint, you can ask for a supervisor or manager to review your complaint and how it was handled.


After this, if you are still not satisfied, you may seek assistance from the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission.

NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission

​The National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) Quality and Safeguards Commission (NDIS Commission) is an independent government body that works to improve the quality and safety of NDIS services and supports. 


If you are in New South Wales or South Australia, a complaint can be made to the NDIS Commission by here or by phoning
1800 035 544 (free call from landlines) or TTY 133 677 or National Relay Service and ask for 1800 035 544

1300 362 072.
