  • Q. What does Ready Enable do?

    A. Ready Enable supports people to live independently in the community.  We employ support wokers and professionals to work with clients either in the home or out and about in the community.  We do anything from help with cleaning, cooking meals, laundry, going to appointments, or just sitting and having a chat.

  • Q. What makes Ready Enable different?

    A. We take the fuss out of finding the right team of support.  We take a coordinated and tailor made approach to each individual client. No two people are the same. Hence, Ready Enable takes the time to create and implement a flexible support plan for each individual client.

  • Q. How much do your services cost?

    A. Our services start from $54.03 per hour.  We offer competitive rates for evenings, weekends and sleep overs as well.  We pay our employees top rates so that we can ensure we get the best workers for you and your family.

  • Q. How do the payments work?

    A. We send you a bill each week ether by mail or by email.  


    If you need help to apply for funding from the Natioanl Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) or My Aged Care, we can help with that too! 


  • Q. Can I bring my own support worker to Ready Enable?

    A. Yes.  If you already have support wokers in place we can discuss bringing them on board with us. 

  • Q. Can I use my Government funding to hire a support worker through Ready Enable?

    A. Yes, you can use your Government funding to arrange supports through us.

  • Q. Can I sign up as a care support worker?

    A. Sure! Just send an email with your CV or resume to info@readyenable.com.au and we'll be in contact.
